Your data is collected by muemue.com for the following purposes:

Who processes my data?
Your data is processed by muemue.com and our employees in charge of:
- Administering the websites.
- Manage technical support to answer our users' questions.
- Managing the invoicing and payment of contributors' commissions.
Your data may also, within the scope of our business and for external processing needs, be provided to service providers and other third parties whose services are used and more particularly:
- To administer after-sales service:
If you are a customer who has made a purchase, your data may be communicated to the contributor in charge of the after-sales service, e.g. to the shipping agency.
The address data will also be provided to the product warehouses that offer the Dropshipping service, for the logistics and delivery of the products purchased by the visitor/customer of the online shop.

Communications between you and muemue.com are carried out with the smartsupp chat software.
- Manage payment:
To facilitate the user experience, muemue.com offers the following payment methods for shopping on the website:
- Online payment by credit card.
- PayPal payment in the currencies available in the muemue.com plugins.
- Payment by bank transfer if currently active on muemue.com.
Payments are handled by our partners (Redsys, PayPal).
muemue.com does not have access to your credentials and credit card number.
How long is my data stored?
- muemue.com only stores your data for the period necessary for the purposes explained in Article 3.
- This storage period varies according to the Data in question, as it may be affected by the nature and purpose of the collection. Similarly, certain legal obligations stipulate a storage period.
- If you subscribe to the newsletter, your e-mail address will be stored until you unsubscribe.
- When you contact us via the Help Center contact forms, when you communicate with us by phone or chat, your data will be stored for up to five (5) years from the date of the last contact.
- As for your user account, your billing information will be stored for five (5) years from the day of purchase.
- The remaining data will be stored for five (5) years from the day of your account deactivation.
- Your bank details will be stored for five (5) years from the date of debit, in the event of a possible dispute.
- At your request, your user account will be deactivated and deleted at the end of the aforementioned durations as from your request for deactivation.
- Finally, data collected through cookies/tracers will be stored for up to six (6) months for cookies measuring the audience of our website and up to thirteen (13) months for others.
- Beyond the aforementioned durations, your data will be anonymised to be stored for statistical purposes.
