How is the delivery?
Our delivery is made at street level, that is to say, the transport company will deliver it to you at the entrance of the building. They do not bring it up to your flat, nor do they collect the old furniture. Our boxes generally weigh no more than 30 kg.

We work with different transport companies. The warehouse department will select a company depending on the logistic characteristics of your order.

Will the carrier call me before delivery?
We have an agreement with the transport company that they will always contact our customers before delivery.
Does the furniture come assembled?
No. Our furniture always comes disassembled and includes an easy to follow assembly diagram.
Is assembly available on request?
No, we do not offer this service for your country.
Can I pick up my order at the warehouse?
Yes, you can pick it up directly at our warehouse. You only have to contact us and make an appointment to pick it up. We will notify the logistics department to have it ready on the date we have agreed with you.

What do I do if I have not received all the items in my order?
Our logistics department can send orders partially, you don't have to worry, please contact us indicating the order reference and the item you have not received to follow up with our Warehouse.

Can I receive my order later?
Of course, you can make the purchase and in the comments section you can add a note indicating that the order will not be shipped until you tell us to do so. The order will be ready in our warehouse awaiting your instructions. As soon as you contact us, we will only have to manage the shipment, which will be carried out within our usual delivery time.

How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order from your Muemue account. Log in, click on the option History and details of my orders, there you can see the status of your order.
We will send you an email with updated information on the status of your order if you made the purchase by registering as a customer. REMEMBER to check your spam folder.
Our statuses are:
PAYMENT ACCEPTED:
Means that your payment is being processed for acceptance.
PREPARATION IN PROGRESS:
This is when we are sharing the order with our logistics department so they can process it.
SHIPPED/IN TRANSIT:
We already have the appointment with the shipping company to pick up your order and have it shipped. You will receive a call from the carrier. Our delivery times are between 10 and 15 working days.
